Однако исключение из поиска говорит только о том, что сайта на нем сейчас нету.
Редирект связан аналогично с тем же что сайта нету.
Относительно реестра Роскомнадзора говорит о том что бывший сайт попал за нарушение, а вывести с него можно отправив заявку на почту и в ближайшее время его выведут из реестра.
